We wanted something different: a notes app that actually tracks dimensional development through rigorous frameworks.
How It Works
Steady Glow is built on Dimensional Literacy Framework—advanced consciousness research identifying 12 fundamental dimensions of awareness.
When you write a note and tag it with dimensions, you're not just storing thoughts. You're mapping your evolution across:
- Physical dimensions (Sensation, Embodiment, Spatial Awareness)
- Cognitive dimensions (Thought, Memory, Language)
- Relational dimensions (Emotion, Empathy, Social Dynamics)
- Abstract dimensions (Pattern Recognition, Narrative, Transcendence)
Dual-Scoring System
Growth claims need validation. We use two scoring systems:
AI Scoring (C/B/A): Claude evaluates your note's depth and growth quality. C means surface-level. B means solid insight. A means profound development.
Human Validation: Community engagement through Resonates, Reflects, and Glows validates AI scores. Real humans confirm real growth.
Combined, these scores determine XP earned and your position on dimensional HiScores.
Why OSRS-Style Progression?
RuneScape's HiScores system is brilliant: it gamifies without addiction. You level up through genuine skill development, not manufactured urgency.
We apply the same principle to consciousness. XP reflects real dimensional growth, not arbitrary streaks or daily logins.
Privacy-First Design
Notes are private by default. Share them as "glows" when you're ready, but your journal remains yours.
We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your private notes. Your thoughts are sacred—we just help you understand them better.
